Gymnastics Girls Team

Join Asphalt Green’s premier Girls Gymnastics Team. The Green Wave Gymnastics teams provide an excellent opportunity for girls who are serious about gymnastics to compete in USAG and unsanctioned meets during the school year. All team and pre-team members participate in an exhibition at Asphalt Green. The teams run on a 10-month calendar, from September to June, with optional workouts in the summer.

Our teams compete at Levels 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 of the USAG Junior Olympic Program. Workouts are held Monday through Saturday, with each level working out on specific days. Schedules are determined according to member and coach availability, and are designed to balance the number of girls practicing each day. Workouts also consist of dance training and sports-specific, age-appropriate strength and conditioning programs.

Our teams are by invitation only and require an evaluation.
