This clinic improves your comfort, endurance, and efficiency in the water. It prepares you for the specific challenges of triathlon swimming: the chaotic start, open-water conditions, and the necessity of conserving energy for the rest of your race. The clinic combines 15 minutes of land drills, 1 hour of pool time during which your stroke is videotaped underwater, and 30-45 minutes of video analysis. This comprehensive approach allows us to pinpoint your strengths, correct imbalances, and provide individual attention to make corrections.
- Beginner/Intermediate: individuals who can swim 100 yards without stopping
- Intermediate/Advanced: triathletes who have some race experience and want to refine technique and improve efficiency
- All Levels from Beginner through Advanced
