AGUA League is the highest level of the Asphalt Green swim school, providing a team-like training atmosphere. By swimming more than once a week, swimmers improve endurance, learn team preparation, pace-clock orientation, and stroke refinement through repetition and drills.

Class Details: Swimmers must be comfortable swimming all four strokes for 80 yards, and executing a flip-turn and standing dive. A teacher recommendation is required for AGUA League
