The martial arts instill discipline, respect, confidence and mental and physical power. Asphalt Green’s Martial Arts curriculum combines practical self-defense techniques with traditional punches and kicks to create an awesome workout. Children will also learn forms (kata) that will help improve technique and add an artistic element to training while improving focus and self-control.
Included in the Martial Arts School:
- Traditional self defense techniques.
- A test for belts each term or by appointment.
- Students can move to sparring when proficiency is demonstrated.
- Students are required to wear martial arts uniforms (This price includes the uniform).
Kids can attend up to 2 classes per week.
