Underwater Video analysis focuses on problematic elements of your stroke that you may not be aware of, and helps you learn to correct them. Our videotaping and expert analysis shows you exactly what you are doing in the water. As you watch your stroke progress, you become familiar with what proper technique looks and feels like. You'll refine your technique and become more aware of your stroke, body position and mechanics.

Underwater video analysis is $200, including a copy of your video on CD. We’ll review the video with you and offer drills to correct problem areas and answer any questions you have.
