Our baseball academy for pitchers focuses on proper throwing skills, improving accuracy, increasing velocity and overall pitching mechanics.

CLASS DETAILS: Classes take place in the Batting Tunnel at the Murphy Center.

Our Developmental Academy is for those participants who have prior baseball experince or who have progressed through our Middies Baseball Academy. It is an outstanding opportunity to work on more advanced skill development and increase baseball knowledge.

CLASS DETAILS: Classes take place in the Main Gym at the Murphy Center. Classes include warm-up, sport- specific physical conditioning, fundamental skill development and game play.
