Our Swim Camps are designed for swimmers ages 8-15 with command over the four competitive strokes. Using cutting-edge techniques, two daily pool sessions will emphasize stroke and skill development while maintaining aerobic fitness. The schedule will include: individualized stroke drills, starts & turns, strength & flexibility exercises, and a field trip. We help swimmers increase speed, improve technique, and prepare mentally/physically for high levels of competition all while enjoying their summer.

Camp Schedule:
- 8:00am until 4:00pm
