The classes are small, the energy is high, and the instruction is hands-on. From our new Self Defense class to our ultra-intense Xfit extreme workout class, Small Group Training is an increasingly popular fitness option at Asphalt Green.

Adapted Tai Chi: Spring

This adapted Tai Chi program contains all of the beneficial elements of the Tai Chi discipline, and focuses on core stability, symmetric movement, balance, breathing control, muscular activation, and coordination. Movements are adapted to your own limitations and abilities, and the pace of the class is guided by the participants. This class is ideal for those with health concerns or limited range of motion.

Boxing Small Group Training: Summer

Our small group boxing training is action packed! Increase cardio fitness, muscle tone, power, strength, agility, coordination while decreasing body fat and stress! We will take you through an intense but fun workout including sparring, heavy bag work, jumping rope, Kettlebell swings and more in this high intensity non contact environment. All levels welcome.

Pure Strength: Spring

Participants will establish personal records (PR's) for two different Bench exercises and for the Box Squat and Deadlift within a 7 week period. During the next 7 week period, Participants will go for new Pr's. Establish your best, then beat your best. Improvement does not get any more concrete than more weight on the bar.

Instructor Approval is Required for the Monday & Wednesday class
