Learn what it takes to do a triathlon: the basics of swimming in open water and transitioning from one sport to the other. Athletes will have the opportunity to participate in an Indoor Triathlon at AG on January 22, 2012 and go to a Triathlon Expo at Columbia University on March 10, 2012.
