Yoga Classes
We offer a variety of yoga styles in our Group Exercise classes, which are free to members. These classes run anywhere from 50 to 90 minutes and are offered in the mornings, evenings and weekends to fit your schedule.

Join us for Yoga Basics: A Weekend Intensive
January 28 & 29 | 2:30–5:00 pm
Mind / Body Studio | $85 for both sessions, $49 for each
This two day workshop will cover the Jivamukti Yoga basics curriculum. Students who are new to the practice of yoga or those that wish to deepen their practice through a review of fundamentals will benefit from this special session. Instructor Jeff Brown will guide students through essential poses, breath awareness and meditation.
