Our training programs for the 2013 season will ensure that you get the most out of your preparation.Whether you are doing a Sprint/Olympic distance race or moving up to a Half Iron or Full Iron distance race our programs will get you RACE READY!
Our programs run between 10 – 24 weeks depending on the distance that you are training for. The program includes coached workouts throughout the week, weekly training plans, informative education sessions and training tips. You’ll also have access to an Online Training Plan, and be provided with email access to the coaching staff. Each program will have an orientation. Simply Tri to Lose Weight
Your certified coach and trainer, Simply Tri success story, Pat Perretta, will provide 6 workouts a week based on the principles of triathlon training so you can walk or run, bike and swim your way to a healthy new lifestyle! Workouts are tailored to all levels and focus on a lifestyle change that is manageable for all participants.
