We’ve created training programs for the 2012 season to ensure that you get the most out of your preparation. Our programs run between 12 – 24 weeks depending on the distance that you are training for. The program includes coached workouts throughout the week, weekly training plans, informative education sessions and training tips. You’ll also have access to an Online Training Plan, and be provided with email access to the coaching staff. Each program will have an orientation. Contact agtc@asphaltgreen.org for more details.
IM Under Construction
AG proudly announces our IM Under Construction, a very special Ironman training program. This 8 month program focuses on preparation for IM USA, IM NYC and IM Tremblant. Sessions begin in December, 2011 and space is extremely limited.

NYC Marathon & Half Marathon Training Program
A 12 – 20 week training plan leading up to the NYC Half Marathon on 3/18/12 and the NYC Marathon on 11/4/12.
Simply Tri to Lose Weight
Your certified coach and trainer, Simply Tri success story, Pat Perretta, will provide 6 workouts a week based on the principles of triathlon training so you can walk or run, bike and swim your way to a healthy new lifestyle! Workouts are tailored to all levels and focus on a lifestyle change that is manageable for all participants.
