Hone your skills in throwing, pitching, fielding and hitting. This camp will cover all aspects of the game including: positional play, hitting, base running and game situations. Hitters will work on their bat speed, swing mechanics, and ability to make contact. Fielders will work on their body and glove positioning, fielding mechanics, and throwing skills. Pitchers will work on increasing their velocity and improving their accuracy and reducing the risk of arm injuries. The camp will feature baseball specific workouts, drills, stations and game play.
