There is more involved in cycling besides going from point A to point B or getting miles in. This introductory 3 Week Cycling Clinic will increase your comfort level and efficiency on the bike. We are going to provide you the skills needed to get the most out of your cycling. You will learn how to ride, climb, descend, corner and fuel with confidence in no time. This clinic is open to all levels of riders and led by Coach Mike Galvan.
Schedule:
- Week #1 Mounting/Dismounting, Balance, Handling & Drills
- Week #2 Shifting Efficiently, Pedal Stroke and Road vision
- Week #3 Climbing and Descending
- Week #4 (if needed): Rain Date if sessions are canceled due to inclement weather
Checklist:
- Helmet
- Front and Rear Blinking Light
- Properly Inflated Tires
- Saddle Bag with following: spare tube, tire levers, inflation device (C02 or Frame pump)
- Copy of your ID, Insurance card and emergency contact info
- Cash
