Get Moving: After School Fitness for Teens

Ages 13–16

Get Moving with Asphalt Green! Our new 13-week program gives teens the tools to stay fit with access to Asphalt Green's world-class Fitness Center and classes. Our Personal Trainers will guide teens through strength workouts, while Fitness Instructors lead a variety of teen-friendly classes from Boot Camp to Yoga.

Trainers will lead 55-minute strength workouts on Tuesdays and Thursdays and teens can join our 5:00pm Fitness Classes to complete their program:

  • Monday at 5:00pm – Ultra Tone
  • Tuesday at 5:00pm – Boot Camp / 6pm Masala Bhangra
  • Wednesday at 5:00pm – Ultra Tone
  • Thursday at 5:00pm – Yoga Fit
  • Friday at 5:00pm – Boot Camp / 6:00pm Zumba

All participants will receive a program card to track their progress and additional information on training and nutrition from nationally-recognized sources.

Teens are also welcome to join AntiGravity Aerial Yoga and Super Spin classes or sign up for PersonalTraining with one of our Fitness Specialists. Call 212.369.8890 for more information on these options.
