Find Other Class Times

Teens will learn fitness fundamentals and healthy lifestyle habits in Teen Get Moving. In this teen-only afterschool program, participants will have the opportunity to take a range of fitness classes seven days a week. Each class will be led by a certified fitness professional and run 45 to 50 minutes. Classes will include teen-only classes, twice a week, as well as group exercise classes with Asphalt Green members. Teens will improve endurance, strength, and flexibility through each class.
