Being sedentary during the day can cause muscle tightness and discomfort. But a good stretch can help. During our 30-minute Stretch session, a personal trainer will work one-on-one with you to stretch muscles, improve flexibility and expand range of motion. Our Tier 1 Personal Trainers have at least one industry certification and a minimum of one year experience as a personal trainer. Participants will learn to become more aware of tension in their bodies and how to relieve tension through stretching.
Class Prerequisites: Open to all skill levels.
