If an Asphalt Green participant wishes to transfer to private swim lessons, they must first contact the program from which they are transferring to receive a credit. Once this process is completed, the private lesson registration form will be processed. Lessons can not be scheduled before a credit is issued.

Private lessons can be paid by credit card, cash or check. All payment must be received before the first scheduled lesson or the reserved time may be released. Once you have completed a registration form, you will be contacted by the aquatics staff for scheduling and for payment information.

Our schedule does not permit us to go over the allotted time, so please arrive to Asphalt Green at least 10 minutes early to allow for changing and preparation for class.

I have read and agree to the terms and conditions as set forth herein. I understand and agree to abide by the policies as established from time to time by Asphalt Green.

All persons utilizing the Facilities at Asphalt Green agree to waive any claims for damage, injury, or illness against Asphalt Green or its agents while utilizing any of this facility.

For valuable consideration here in acknowledged as received, I hereby grant to Asphalt Green, Inc. and/or its legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable, absolute, and unrestricted rights to use and publish the likeness, portraits, photographs, films or videos of me, or in which I may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising, and any other purpose and in any manner and medium, and to copyright same. I hereby release Asphalt Green Inc. and its legal representatives and assigns from all claims, royalties, and liability relating to the use of said likeness, portraits, photography or film/videos.

Facility use is subject to possible limitation or preemption by competition, tournament play, special events, and any other functions at the sole discretion of Asphalt Green. Participants must be at least 3 years old to register for private swim lessons.
