Open Level AntiGravity® Aerial Yoga is an innovative approach to yoga designed to increase one's overall health and physical agility. Working in the AntiGravity® Hammock, you will be able to hold poses longer, experience your yoga practice in a new way or try yoga for the first time with less strain to muscles and joints. This class is open to all levels.
AntiGravity® Aerial Fitness is designed for any adult, there is no prerequisite strength or flexibility required! We want to provide you with an unusual and challenging format for building strength and awareness. Aerial fitness uses the aerial apparatus in a circuit type workout so there is no down time and you do not have an audience watching you adapt to using the equipment. The workout can be modified for all fitness levels and most injury related restrictions.
Suggested Clothing: Students are asked to practice in leggings and shirts with sleeves that cover under arms (highly recommended for your comfort).
