Learn competitive diving skills in Advanced Spring Board Diving. Designed for swimmers with basic diving experience, the instructor will introduce more advanced techniques, such as straight dives, back dives, hurdle dives, reverse somersaults, twisting dives and more. Students will also learn how to properly use equipment like the diving board fulcrum

Asphalt Green’s Springboard Diving.
