Jump on the bike and pedal off excess calories in this high-energy, fast-paced Spin class. Using interval training principles, the instructor will take you on a ride through flat road and hill simulated terrain to push your power output and cardio. The instructor will teach you how to set up your bike, proper body and hand placement and how to read the computer console to understand your fitness levels as you ride.
