Focus your fitness in a six-week progressive group class led by a personal trainer. During Power Development with pro trainer Jordy, you will build power and explosiveness executing Olympic and general lifts and range of motion, plyometric, and stability exercises. Jordy will push the group through a series of exercises that get more advanced as the sessions go by. See results with pre-and post-program assessments. Program is limited to eight participants per class and meets Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4pm to 5pm.
