Asphalt Green’s teen fitness program introduces youth to the joy of living an active lifestyle. Teens will learn how to build a safe and effective exercise program with guidance from our personal trainers. Sessions will allow participants to get acclimated to the machines in the fitness center and learn proper weight room etiquette. Each small group workout will focus on building different elements of fitness, including strength, cardio, and flexibility. Teens will challenge themselves while having fun getting fit with peers.
