Find Other Class Times

Teens will learn fitness fundamentals and healthy lifestyle habits in Teens Get Moving. In this teens only afterschool program, participants will have the opportunity to take a range of fitness classes four days a week. Each class will be led by a certified fitness professional and run 45 to 50 minutes. Classes will include teen-only classes as well as group exercise classes with Asphalt Green members. Teens will improve endurance, strength and flexibility through each class.

    5:30pm CXWORX 30 min,

  • Wednesday
    4:30pm Intro to Lifting (teens only),
    5pm Tabata Circuit 45 min,
    6pm The Barre
  • Thursday
    6pm Cardio Kickboxing,
    6:30pm Spin
  • Friday 
    5pm Boot Camp,
    6pm CXWORX 30 min,
    6pm Spin
