The instructor will lead you through various circuits of step-touch sequences, light dumbbell work, upper and lower bodyweight moves, and core exercises. Sequences will include shoulder press, squats, lunges, planks, leg lifts and more. This workout will help you improve balance, coordination, and increase overall strength and muscle endurance.
