Max McQuillan is a Pro Trainer with a coaching style rooted in consistency, intention, and progress. He began his fitness career in 2018, training students and faculty at his college recreation center while earning his kinesiology degree. Since then, he’s worked in both in-person and remote settings, guiding everyday adults to improve their overall health, lose weight, and build lasting strength. Max also brings extensive experience coaching high school and collegiate athletes to perform at their best.
Fitness has been a lifelong thread for Max—sparked by watching his dad complete Ironman triathlons and marathons. That early inspiration evolved into a passion for helping others experience the transformative power of movement. His “daily deposits” philosophy centers on showing up with whatever energy you have, prioritizing movement quality, and training with purpose. He believes that confidence, aesthetics, and resilience are natural outcomes of disciplined, athlete-minded training.
