Spring Core Swim Level 1 (9-12 yrs) - Sun - 11:15AM
Prerequisites: Students should have passed our Pre-School Level 3 class, or our Intro to Swimming class, or should be able to perform Freestyle and Dolphin kick with a kickboard, perform side-breathing for Freestyle, and perform Backstroke with straight-arm recovery.
Core Level 1 is designed for young swimmers to continue to refine their strokes and advance their skill sets for water safety, body awareness, and stroke mechanics for Backstroke and Freestyle, including bi-lateral breathing. Through advanced swimming instruction, our students will also continue to develop kicking and body mechanics for freestyle, backstroke, butterfly and breaststroke kick as well as underwater streamline push-offs.

Attendance to scheduled classes is the responsibility of the participant. Asphalt Green Swim School does not provide make-up swim lessons for missed lessons.
