With a mix of skill work, training on land and in the water, and classroom sessions, swimmers will receive quality instruction and personalized feedback.

Our clinic curriculum includes instruction on all four competitive strokes as well as starts and turns.

*Prerequisite: Participants must be proficient swimmers, with experience in all four competitive racing strokes.
