Prerequisites: Students should have passed our Core Level 2 class or should be able to perform kicking for Freestyle, Backstroke, Butterfly, and basic kick motions for Breaststroke with a kickboard and in streamline, and perform circle swimming for Freestyle and Backstroke.

Students in Core Level 3 will continue to refine and advance skills for all four strokes and kicks as well as develop competitive skills such as circle swimming, underwater streamline dolphin kicks, flip turns, and forward dives. These swimmers will elevate their kicking and swimming skills by advancing drill progressions as well as conditioning through quality repetitions with a mix of skill and speed.

No Prerequisites

Pre-School Level 1 will introduce children to class time without their parents in the water. To ease the kids into the separation, we ask parents to participate in the water for part of the term and then gradually transition out of the water completely as the class progresses. In addition to learning independence in the water, your toddler will become comfortable with submersion, entering, and exiting the pool without assistance, breath control, assisted front and back floats and assisted kicking while blowing bubbles. They will also use equipment like a kickboard to help build a foundation of skills.

Introduce your infant to the joy of water and swimming in Water Babies! With the direction of the instructor, you will work with your baby to help them feel comfortable in the water and relaxed on their back and front in the water. Through fun songs and games, your child will be introduced to submersion, transitioning from back to front and front to back in the water, and leg and arm movements. We encourage you to complete two sessions of the program with your child to reinforce the skills covered and for your child to get more exposure to water. Parent/guardian must accompany child in water during class.

Pre-School Level 3 is designed for toddlers with more advanced swimming skills. This course will focus on refining swim strokes and completing more quality repetitions of our targeted skills such as streamline push-offs, performing arm, leg and body motions for backstroke and freestyle and dolphin kick with a kickboard. Students will utilize equipment and feedback from our instructors to advance these skills.

Using age appropriate language, drills, and games, coaches will teach kids different swings from Putting all the way up to the Full Swing. In addition to the physical part of the gym, we incorporate lessons on keeping score, parts of the golf course, and rules/etiquette.

Watch your infant gain confidence in the water in Advanced Water Babies! Following the instructor's directions, you will work with your baby on back floats and rolling from front to back and back to front in the water. Through songs and games, your child will learn how to blow bubbles, hold their breath, submerge, and respond to simple commands like 'kick', 'scoop' and 'splash.' Pool safety is also covered-kids will learn how to enter and exit the water without assistance. We encourage you to complete two sessions of the program with your child to reinforce the skills covered and for your child to get more exposure to water.
