  1. PRE-PROGRAM ASSESSMENT Meet with a personal trainer to get a 360-degree fitness assessment that includes a body composition analysis, nutrition education, and an overview of exercises. Set goals with your trainer to determine your workout plan.
  2. GET YOUR PERSONALIZED WORKOUT PROGRAM Based on your fitness assessment, a personal trainer will create a detailed eight-week plan that fits your schedule. The plan is personalized with specific exercises, reps, intensity, and volume. 
  3. TRACK YOUR PROGRESS Check in halfway with your coach via email or phone. Submit your workout and nutrition log (provided) and get feedback on your progress.
  4. POST-PROGRAM ASSESSMENT See how far you have come. Repeat your 360-degree fitness assessment with a personal trainer and determine if you reached your peak performance.
