Find Other Class Times

Through martial arts techniques, children will learn positive behavior skills (like self-control and respect) and physical strength. Training will include basic grappling, blocks, strikes and kicks through drills and partner drills. All facets of the class will help students improve attention span, reflexes, balance, overall body strength and flexibility.

The Basic Training option is a 40-minute class. Registration for this class includes a white uniform.
