Developed by Joseph Pilates, Pilates is a form of exercise that emphasizes controlled movements to improve core strength, flexibility and endurance. Regular practice of Pilates will help you build long and lean muscle, open the hips, strengthen the core from within and relax the mind.

Asphalt Green’s Pilates instructors are certified in a variety of Pilates disciplines and have experience working with diverse populations, including athletes, pre- and post-natal mothers, seniors and individuals recovering from an injury.
