Soccer For All

Asphalt Green’s Community Soccer League advances our mission to expand access to sports, fitness, and play by organizing interscholastic league play for public and charter middle schools that lack access to organized sports. Each season, Asphalt Green hosts all games on Litwin Field at our Upper East Side campus and provides cleats, uniforms, pre-season clinics, and award ceremonies before teams vie for the championship in June.

Our Community Soccer League adheres to the same standard of excellence as our fee-based programming, uses the same coaches, and pursues the same developmental goals. We aim to help participants build essential life skills like teamwork, perseverance, accountability, and work ethic, grow their passion for the sport, and engage in healthy and active social activity.

We use the same training methods here as we do at Asphalt Green’s main campus. The kids here receive the same high-level training, and our coaching approach is consistent. It’s important to us as coaches to meet the kids with the same level of commitment and passion that they would get anywhere else. Our goal is to develop them into players who can succeed at a travel or competitive level, and we’re dedicated to making sure we give them the best possible chance.
