Kids and teens of all needs and abilities are welcome to join Asphalt Green’s fun, inclusive programs encompassing a wide variety of sports and activities.
Open to the public and offered year-round, our personalized programs help children build social and physical skills in a sensory-friendly, small-group setting with a low instructor-to-participant ratio.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY
Asphalt Green’s Inclusive Programs is now welcoming volunteers to support weekend Everyone Plays sports and recreation classes for children and young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities at our Upper East Side and Battery Park City locations.
This volunteer opportunity will keep you engaged as you join in on drills, cheer on the athletes, and help sessions run smoothly, while being surrounded by some of the most joyful, determined energy you’ll find at Asphalt Green.
Requirements:
- Volunteers must be 14 years or older
- Volunteers under 18 must provide valid working papers
- A phone screening/meeting is required
- Online volunteer training must be completed before placement
- All volunteers (and guardians if under 18) must sign a volunteer waiver
- Volunteers are expected to maintain 75% attendance for the schedule they commit to
Spots are available for an immediate start through June 21, 2026.
