Choose from more than 70 Group Exercise classes a week! Enjoy the energy and camaraderie of working out among friends while working toward your own fitness goals.

Our Group Exercise classes are led by certified instructors and offer something for every interest and experience level,, from the latest innovations to all-time favorites—including high-energy boot camps, Zumba, yoga, barre, total-body, stretch, and cycling classes. Our instructors will guide you through each workout, providing modifications to match your fitness level.

I love all yoga classes in AG.  Each instructor approaches the routine differently, and I learn different aspects of each pose.  But I especially like Amber Sloan’s Sunday class.  Each week her class is different, but the transitions of the poses are so smooth that they feel like poetry in motion. ”

We offer a variety of group classes for all skill levels, including yoga, Pilates, cycling, strength training, cardio-focused sessions, water exercise classes, and more.  

Our list of group exercise classes includes options for all experience levels. Recommended skill levels are generally indicated in the descriptions for each class.  

You can sign up online directly through our website or in person at our fitness center. 

All you need is comfortable workout clothes, a water bottle, and a towel. We provide all the necessary equipment for the class.
