about Specialty Training
Specialty training provides a high-intensity workout in a small-group setting. Taught by our certified personal trainers, each class features a specialized workout and/or equipment. Specialty training is also great for achieving your fitness goals without committing a ton of time up front. Classes typically take place once a week and provide a fun and challenging atmosphere.

In this small group setting, you’ll receive personalized strength coaching and programming over six weeks. With two 90-minute sessions per week, you’ll embark on a journey to build strength and master essential exercises like squats, deadlifts, bench presses, overhead presses, pull-up variations, weighted carries, and Turkish get-ups.
Upper East SIde
Designed to teach you the fundamentals of strength training, this six-week course is perfect for those new to strength training. You’ll get personalized, in-depth instruction on the squat, deadlift, bench press, and overhead press so you can start lifting with confidence!
Each 90-minute session will cover proper form, technique, programming, and mobility work, helping you develop a strong foundation for long-term success. With a small group size (only four participants), you’ll get tailored coaching from a certified strength and conditioning expert for every exercise.
Join us for six consecutive Saturday morning sessions at 9am starting May 31, 2025. All you need is comfortable athletic clothes and sneakers, a water bottle, and an eagerness to learn!
Take your performance to the next level with a class designed for individuals who are dedicated to their fitness journey. If you have experience in an endurance sport such as running, swimming, biking, or more, this class is for you!
