Find Other Class Times

Sport Martial Arts introduces competitive training for martial arts. Training includes blocks, strikes, kicks, combinations and grappling. Through drills and partner work, students will develop physical endurance, focus, leadership and self-defense skills.

The Basic Training option is a 40-minute class. Registration for this class includes a white uniform.
