Sport Martial Arts introduces competitive training for martial arts. Training includes blocks, strikes, kicks, combinations and grappling. Through drills and partner work, students will develop physical endurance, focus, leadership and self-defense skills.

The Elite Training option includes 65-minute classes, plus additional time for practice. Registration for this class includes a black uniform and eligibility for black-belt training.

Entry to the Elite Training option requires approval from the Martial Arts Program Coordinator.
