Find Other Class Times

This class is designed to help beginner swimmers become independent in the water. Our warm-water pool features an adjustable floor to help students go from standing to floating, and eventually treading water over the course of the term. We will focus on building a strong foundation by concentrating on breath control, proper body positioning, and other fundamental swim movements. No experience is required for this even-paced course for beginner swimmers.
