- PRE-PROGRAM ASSESSMENT Meet with a personal trainer to set goals and get a 360-degree fitness assessment that includes a body composition analysis, nutrition education, and an overview of exercises.
- GET YOUR PERSONALIZED WORKOUT PROGRAM Your personal trainer will create a detailed eight-week plan that fits your schedule. The plan is personalized with specific exercises, reps, intensity, and volume.
- TRACK YOUR PROGRESS Check in halfway with your coach via email or phone. Submit your workout and nutrition log (provided) and get feedback on your progress.
- POST-PROGRAM ASSESSMENT Repeat your 360-degree fitness assessment with a personal trainer and see how far you've come.
