In eight years of study and four years teaching yoga, Jason Orrell has developed a practical approach to yoga, using it learn about the body and maintain health. Jason was certified in 2009 and has completed additional training in anatomy and postural alignment.
Kevin Ryder has been teaching yoga since 2000. He has been trained in Krishnamacharya tradition (Iyengar, ashtanga, vinyasa) from Richard Freeman, David Swenson, David Williams, and Cyndi Lee. He is an eager student of Indian and yoga philosophy with Edwin Bryant of Rutgers. He travels yearly to India and Pakistan to deepen his studies of yoga.
