Focus your fitness in a six-week progressive group class led by a personal trainer. During boxing with pro trainer Marci, you will learn the fundamentals of punching technique, footwork, and head movement, including slipping, weaving, bobbing, and ducking. Build strength, endurance, and stability through a combination of solitary work with punching bags and mitt work to simulate real-life situations with a partner. Marci will push the group through a series of combinations that get more advanced as the sessions go by. See results with pre-and post-program assessments. Program is limited to eight participants per class.
