Asphalt Green’s Response to Coronavirus (COVID-19)
As of March 19, 2020
In response to ongoing developments regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19), we have made the difficult decision to close our facilities and suspend all programs and classes, effective Sunday, March 15 at 8pm. We look forward to reopening as soon as possible and will determine a date once we have more information.
Q: What happens to my membership while you are closed?
A: Your membership will be automatically frozen for the duration of the closure. You will not be billed again until Asphalt Green reopens. Once Asphalt Green reopens, your membership will automatically be unfrozen, and you will be able to access the facility.
Several members have elected to continue to pay their dues to help Asphalt Green’s efforts to continue to compensate staff. If you would like to elect to do that, you can do so here.
Q: What is the credit/refund policy for missed programs & classes?
A: For all missed classes, an attempt will be made to offer make-up classes once Asphalt Green has reopened and programs have resumed. In the event that make-up classes cannot be issued, a credit for the prorated value of your remaining classes will be issued to your Asphalt Green account. This credit will be valid for use on purchases made until April 1, 2021, and can be applied to any class or program at Asphalt Green. It is not transferable or refundable.
Q: What is the timing for credits and refunds?
A: All make-up classes and credits will be assessed and administered once Asphalt Green has reopened and resumed programs. Any refunds due, as per Asphalt Green's standard terms and conditions, will also be issued once the organization is fully operational. We appreciate your patience.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: If you are currently registered in a program, we will be communicating our policy for issuing credits and refunds in the coming weeks.
Q: Who should I contact if I have questions?
A: The best way to reach us is through email. Our staff is working remotely. Visit our contact page to determine your point of contact.
Q: How can I stay active?
A: Though our facility is closed, we plan on sharing ways you can stay active at home. Follow our Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter channels for workouts you can do without equipment.
Q: How can I reduce my risk of becoming sick?
A: Wash your hands with soap for at least 20 seconds, avoid touching your face, stay home if you are not feeling well, and practice social distancing.
