THE AG6™ EFFECT

Functional movement: AG6™ focuses on movement with purpose, training your body for the actions you perform daily. Rather than isolate a single muscle, the workout strengthens your muscle groups together, increasing efficiency and reducing your risk of injury.  

Athletic training: Train like an athlete in a team-oriented, motivating environment. The room is uniquely designed with spatial floor references that provide visual cues, prompting fast-twitch muscle fibers and full range of motion.

Better results faster: High-intensity interval training is proven to improve fitness faster than traditional workouts. The circuit-based class gets your heart rate up with short bursts of high-intensity movements followed by even shorter periods of rest.
