For personal training, we will match you with the best trainers based on your goals and build a customized training program utilizing our multi-functional fitness facility. Our specialty training classes feature specialized workouts, like kettlebells, TRX, and boxing in a small group setting.

FREE FITNESS ASSESSMENT: All Asphalt Green members are entitled to a complimentary 360-degree fitness assessment measuring cardiovascular health, strength, and range of motion.
