Build power, speed, strength, and conditioning in a small group environment. Teen Strength Academy is designed to improve athletic performance. Working in the fitness center, a trainer will guide participants through proper form on all functional movement exercises. Teens will learn how to safely lift weights and follow an exercise regimen. The program will challenge teens and empower them to feel confident in their bodies, whether their goal is to improve on the athletic field or build a solid fitness foundation.
Class Prerequisites: Must pass fitness assessment. 13-to 17-year-olds only. Registration required below.
