Practice the way you play. Sports Performance at Asphalt Green focuses on improving physical abilities and mental toughness for athletes of all levels and disciplines. Coaching focuses on sports-specific training to improve strength, speed, endurance, and quickness and agility. By strengthening the muscles you use most, you prevent injury, boost recovery, and maximize performance. Designed to be used by youth, college, and competitive sports teams, the program will include exercises that encourage leadership, teamwork, and communication. Come game time or race day, athletes will be physically and mentally prepared to excel and have a leg up on their competition.
