Tackle your fear of water and swimming in Adult Immersion. Designed for individuals with little to no experience in the water, you will learn basic swim skills to build your confidence. For example, you will learn how to submerge and exhale under water, float on your front and back, proper flutter kick and rotary breathing. By the end of this class, you will be able to tread water and feel comfortable in deep water.

Class Prerequisites:

Must be comfortable putting face in the water.

What to Bring:

  • Swim suit
  • Swim cap
  • Towel
  • Lock for locker room
  • Goggles
  • Pool deck footwear
