Find Other Class Times

This 10-month program introduces children to various martial arts styles including karate, MMA, grappling, boxing, jui-jitsu, Muay Thai, and tricking. Training includes blocking, kicking, and striking techniques. Participants will build strength, endurance, and body awareness. The curriculum is based on 12 pillars of a champion philosophy, which instills self-discipline, perseverance, leadership, teamwork, respect, sportsmanship, and accountability among other positive character traits.

The 10-Month Membership includes unlimited classes Monday through Saturday. Participants are welcome to attend at either our Upper East Side or Battery Park City campus. Sessions do not meet in July and August, as well as various exception dates throughout the year.

This option is for participants who wish to pay in full.

All skill levels welcome.

What to Bring:

  • Clean and pressed uniform (provided)
  • Water or preferred sports drink
  • Basic sparring equipment (instructor will provide more information)
