Focus your fitness in a six-week progressive group class led by a personal trainer. During Kettlebell Conditioning with master trainer Art, you will squat, press, swing, and clean-and-press your way to a stronger body with high-intensity circuits. Art will push the group through a series of exercises that get more advanced as the sessions go by. See results with pre-and post-program assessments. Program is limited to eight participants per class and meets Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9am to 10am.
